Overview
Green Streak does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers. Your privacy is fully protected.
We believe your habit data is personal and should stay that way. Green Streak is designed to work entirely offline, with all data stored locally on your device.
Data Storage
All your habit data is stored locally on your device using Apple's secure SwiftData framework:
- Habits you create and track
- Daily entries and progress logs
- Achievement and streak data
- App preferences and settings
This data never leaves your device unless you choose to back it up via iCloud (controlled by your device settings, not our app).
Widget Data
If you use the home screen widget, a small amount of data (recent day statuses) is stored in a shared app group on your device to display your streak information. This data remains entirely on your device.
Notifications
Green Streak can send local notifications to remind you about your habits and protect your streaks. These notifications:
- Are generated entirely on your device
- Do not require an internet connection
- Are never sent to any external server
- Can be disabled at any time in Settings
Third-Party Services
Green Streak does not use any:
- Analytics or tracking services
- Advertising networks
- Third-party SDKs that collect data
- Cloud services or external APIs
Data Sharing
We do not share, sell, rent, or trade any user data with third parties. Since we don't collect any data, there's nothing to share.
Children's Privacy
Green Streak does not knowingly collect any information from children. The app is suitable for all ages and contains no inappropriate content.
Changes to This Policy
If we ever change our privacy practices, we will update this page. Since we don't collect data, significant changes are unlikely.
